ayan..dahil minsan na naman akong naging bata kaya gusto kong magpost tungkol sa isa sa mga greatest love story ng aking panahon^_^and DAIMOS...kahit na mga number 2 lang sya sa list ko (number one yung ghostfighter), love ko pa rin to, at kahit na sobrang tinatawag na akong jologs dahil dito, tuloy pa rin ako...okay lets start with the plot at characters:
basically, another alien versus robot yung story. yung robot, pinapilot ni richard at nainlove sya kay erika, at yun, kahit labag sa lipunan ang pagiibigan nila, tuloy pa rin...
Richard Hartford (Ryuzaki Kazuya) ^_^ crush ko^_^
He pilots the Daimos robot. His determination and skill in karate are invaluable in defending Earth against the Brahmins. Richard is a sensitive person and his love for Erika has both been a source of strength and heartache throughout the conflict.
Erika
The Brahmin princess who captured Richard's heart. Unlike her brother, she believes peace is possible with the Earth people. She is also a medical doctor.
Ulrich (Richter/Rihiteru)
Erika's brother and commander of the Brahmin invasion force. His hatred of the Earth people stems from his belief that their treachery caused his father's death. A proud Brahmin, Ulrik is determined to secure Earth for his people. He could be rather harsh and unyielding in his resolve to accomplish this goal but only in the view that what he doing is right.
Edward Kramer (Kyoshiro)
He pilots a fighter ship that provides assistance to Daimos during battles. Despite his casual attitude, he takes the war with the Brahmins seriously. He is also a master swordsman.
Joanna (Izumi Nana)
Professor Yergin's granddaughter. She could act like the kid she really is sometimes but she can be depended upon to do her share in a battle. She usually joins Edward as a gunner in his fighter ship.
Note: I assumed she was Richard's sister because she kept calling him 'Brother' in the local version of the series.
Professor Yergin (Izumi Tadao/Hakase)
He is the head of the Dynamo base. He also built the Daimos robot together with Richard's father. Moreover, he taught Richard himself the art of karate.
General Harris
He commands Earth's defense forces. His prejudice against the Brahmins and constant interference in the management of Daimos has not earned him the respect of the people at the Dynamo base, particularly Richard.
Rowena (Marugarete/Margaret)
She was Erika's nanny. She is very devoted to Erika and has always tried to help and protect her even if it means putting herself in harm's way.
Laida/Laila (Raiza)
The beautiful and wily Brahmin general. She holds a high regard for Ulrich and is loyal to him.
Zender (Barbas/Barubasu)
This big, baldheaded Brahmin also serves in the Brahmin invasion force as a general together with Laida.
Mildred/Bertha (Akane)
She is the resident cook and housekeeper at the Dynamo base. This stout woman has a tendency to be hysterical.
Rotor (Kairokun)
The little red robot.
